LLC Arkada-MB is the only Russian company on the territory of the Russian Federation that offers high-performance special processing equipment for processing rolled steel products with a metal thickness from 0.2 to 16 mm. LLC Arkada-MB confirms its full readiness to carry out the design, manufacture, supply, installation and NDP of the required forging and pressing equipment for the production of sheets, strips, cold-rolled steel profiles, stamped and perforated products:

• Automatic cross-cutting lines of rolled metal into sheets;
• Automatic slitting lines of rolled metal on strips;
• Automatic lines for the production of bent steel profiles;
• Replaceable cassettes with rolls for the manufacture of bent profiles;
• Automated stamping complexes with steel tape;
• Automated perforating complexes with steel tape;
• Tooling (rolls, rollers, disc knives, pullers).

The ARCADE brand has been widely known on the territory of the Russian Federation and CIS countries since 1993. The Design and Technology department has designed more than 400 units of forging and pressing equipment: longitudinal and transverse lines for cutting rolled metal; automatic profiling lines for bent profiles made of rolled metal; stamping and perforating complexes.
